SALES MANAGER -  (PROEL America)


PROEL America is seeking a talented Sales Manager responsible for sales of PROEL Sound systems products in the US market.

PROEL America was founded in 2008 and hence is a young company developing its’ position and brand in the US market. The company operates from a Miami based office and offers a unique opportunity to work in a small, dynamic team and to be part of creating the success of the PROEL brand in the US market. This position provides an interesting opportunity for a talented individual to help develop the sales of PROEL Sound systems products in the US market and hence requires experience of the US MI retail market and of Pro Audio products.
As this position will involve extensive travel, it is not necessary for the individual to be based out of the Miami office.

PROEL America is a wholly owned subsidiary of the PROEL Group of companies whose headquarters is in Sant Omero (Te) Italy, so occasional International travel will also be required.


The job:

Prime  responsible for the US sales strategy
Maintain and develop the dealer network
Assist with marketing actions, where required, to aid in the development of the PROEL brand in the US market
Establish and maintain contact to key end-users
Achieving sales levels to budget requirements
Training and motivating dealer staff

You:

Solid sales experience, ideally from the Pro Audio Industry
You get a kick out of closing sales
Strong ability to learn about products in-depth
A personality that complies well with the PROEL Group Core Values
Team-player, as well as strong self motivator
Good at structuring and prioritising
Willing to travel extensively and if necessary work from a home office environment
